There is a new UK-wide public awareness campaign for Mouth Cancer Action Month. Watch a varied collection of short and engaging videos with conversations between researchers, patient representatives, and clinical partners from Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland.
The videos contain insights from a recent outreach partnership with the Northern Ireland Science Festival, NI Cancer Research Consumer Forum Head and Neck Cancer Personal and Public Involvement Subgroup, and researchers from Queen’s University Belfast.
Four videos are being released throughout November which is Mouth Cancer Action Month, where the focus is on oral health, early detection, and public involvement.
Researchers from Queen’s University Belfast engaged audiences of more than seven hundred students in schools and colleges. The videos were developed in Northern Ireland and are applicable throughout the entire United Kingdom.
