Mental health survey launched

We invite all dentists working in Wales to take part in a survey of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of dentists in Wales.

The pandemic has had a significant impact on dentistry across Wales. Almost all aspects of the profession have been affected. Workloads have changed greatly, as well as the way patients can be treated. We've received reports of increased stress levels among dentists. This survey will help outline the impact the pandemic has had on dentists’ mental health. It will provide valuable evidence for future policy work on mental health regarding dentists working in Wales.

Please also share this link with your colleagues, as you do not need to be a member to fill it out. Whether you feel the pandemic has or hasn’t affected your mental health, we are greatly interested in hearing from you, so we can gain a balanced and full picture.

Thank you for helping to improve the mental health provisions for dentists working in Wales. Please submit your responses by Monday 8 February 2021.
