Northern Ireland: Accessing pension statements

Tips on troubleshooting if you have encountered any issues.

We have been made aware there have been some issues affecting GDPs trying to access their Annual Benefit pension statements via the portal. In turn, we have raised these with Health and Social Care (HSC) Pension Service.

HSC Pensions have advised that GDPs should use their personal email address and not their HSC NI email for registering with the new Engage portal. This can be amended by contacting HSC Pension Service.

In addition, they have uncovered an issue with dental annual benefit statements which they are working through with system suppliers.
