We are making the case for uplifts on pay and contract expenses on your behalf. The surveys are an opportunity to tell us your views and experiences of working in dentistry across the UK. We want to hear more about your job satisfaction, wellbeing, and future career intentions.
A survey link will be sent to a random sample of members across the UK. Please make sure to check your inbox and junk folders for our email which contains the survey link. The main areas the survey will be focused on are recruitment and retention issues, motivation, and morale. We want to understand more about the pressures currently facing the workforce and need your evidence to make the case to government.
Your insights into working in dentistry will help to shape the evidence we submit to the DDRB, which makes recommendations on dentists pay. Any information you provide in the survey will be confidential and anonymous. We will not pass your data on to third parties, and it will be used for research purposes only.
