Dentists: take part in a survey to help improve CQC's registration process
29 October 2019
The CQC is running a Registration Transformation Project which is looking at making the provider's journey better in relation to the initial registration process and how the CQC deal with changing registrations.
Dentists have told us that they find the current CQC registration system difficult to navigate and the BDA would welcome any initiatives to make the system more user-friendly.
They are looking for dentists to take part in user research during November and December and are specifically looking for help from those who:
- Represent large organisations/brands who have sold or bought practices and have been through a sale/transfer including some of the involvement with CQC
- Are administrative staff whose job (or a portion of it) is to complete CQC registration and variation forms for adding/removing locations and RMs
- Are new organisations who are buying existing practices and are registering for the first time
- Are Individuals/Partners who are changing their entity from a CQC perspective (e.g. going from having an individual registration to a partnership in order to facilitate the transfer of a provider)
If you are interested in taking part, please fill in their short survey, which should only take a few minutes to complete.
