Sustainability in NHS dentistry: a call for evidence
9 March 2020
The BDA is encouraging dentists and their teams to respond to the NHS call for
evidence for ideas to enable a ‘Net Zero NHS’.
If you have ideas on how the NHS can reduce its carbon emissions more quickly, the NHS is calling for case studies, ideas and research, both established and emerging that enhances existing knowledge or helps identify new opportunities for greening the NHS –
submit them online before Sunday 22 March.

CSH's dental sustainability guide is free for all dental practices to use and aims to provide a framework for the issues that dentistry can tackle. It focuses on travel, equipment (procurement), energy, waste, biodiversity and green space and measuring and embedding sustainability.
Working for you
We campaign on a range of issues affecting dentists and dentistry today. We make sure that dentists' views are represented when it comes to health policy being developed by government and other key organisations.
