Mark Bishop elected to BDA Board
9 August 2019
Mark Bishop, a retired endodontist from Hastings, has won election to the British Dental Association's Principal Executive Committee (PEC).
The by-election, to one the PEC's three seats elected on a UK-wide basis, was called following the resignation of incumbent Len D'Cruz.
As the BDA's Board the PEC agrees strategy, policy and operational plans. Members serve a full term of three years, but terms are staggered so that a different cohort of five members is subject to re-election each year.
