Young Dentist Groups

Young Dentist Groups within the BDA Branch and Sections network are run by young dentists who want to engage with other young graduates and their peers to develop their skills, make connections and promote the dental profession.

Within the BDA Branches and Sections in some areas across the UK, the Young Dentists Groups aim to bring together younger members in their local area for social events, clinical lectures, and much more.

Want to be part of a new Young Dentist Group in your area?

If your area doesn't yet have a Young Dentists Group, please get in touch and we can advise you on how to set one up and the support the BDA can offer, including resources and mentoring from existing Groups.

How to get started: BDA and the younger dentist

Interested in influencing dental politics?

The BDA has a Young Dentists Committee, which champions the needs and wants of younger dentists in the policy-making and political lobbying arenas and works to improve the quality of working life for young dentists.
