We are committed to providing our members with a high-quality service.  Therefore, if there is a problem, we would like you to tell us.

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact the person dealing directly with your enquiry as soon as the matter arises. If you are unsure who to direct your complaint to, call our general number: 020 7935 0875. 

If you are unhappy with the response you have received, you can speak to that individual’s line manager. Or you can write to us: Chief Executive’s Office, British Dental Association, 64 Wimpole Street, London W1G 8YS or email enquiries@bda.org.

We aim to respond to all written comments and complaints within seven working days.

As the trade union and professional body, we represent all fields of dentistry including general practice, community dental services, the armed forces, hospitals, academia, public health and research. We are owned and run by our members and all our income is reinvested for the benefit of the profession.​
