Session synopsis
Members of the whole dental
team are in a position where they may observe signs of abuse or neglect to
children and vulnerable adults. This session is aimed at all managers and those
who lead on safeguarding in their practice.
Lecture filmed at the British Dental Conference and Exhibition 2015.

- Be aware of legal safeguarding duties and responsibilities
- Understand how to record and refer concerns appropriately
- Know what to do when there is a staff allegation.
