Featuring Endodontist Mitul Patel, this session will explore the practical use of bioceramics in everyday endodontics, providing insights that can be applied directly in clinical practice.

Meet the speaker

Mitul began his professional career as a teacher of biology and chemistry before he completed the accelerated graduate dentistry programme at King’s College London where he graduated with honours. He subsequently completed a Master's degree in Endodontics at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute, developing a strong interest in the specialty that continues to shape his clinical and academic work.

A registered Specialist in Endodontics with the General Dental Council, Mitul has successfully completed the Specialty Membership examination in Endodontics and currently serves as a Clinical Lecturer in Endodontics at Queen Mary University of London. He has presented endodontic research at international conferences and authored articles for the British Dental Journal.

Passionate about education and evidence-based practice, Mitul is dedicated to supporting both patients and clinicians through high-quality endodontic care and teaching. His combination of clinical expertise, academic involvement and practical approach to endodontics makes him a highly regarded speaker on contemporary endodontic techniques and their application in everyday practice.
