What to expect

This clinically focused evening features Kavit Shah, Specialist Prosthodontist and Clinical Director of The London Centre for Prosthodontics. Drawing on his extensive experience in advanced restorative and implant dentistry, Kavit will guide delegates through the assessment and management of structurally compromised teeth, sharing practical approaches to diagnosis, treatment planning, material selection and restoration delivery that can be applied confidently in everyday practice.

Through real-world clinical examples, attendees will learn how to identify teeth that can be predictably restored, recognise when extraction is the most appropriate option, and explore pragmatic solutions for tooth replacement. Alongside gaining valuable clinical insights, delegates will have the opportunity to network with colleagues from across London in a relaxed and welcoming environment, leaving with clear workflows and protocols to help maximise long-term restorative success.

Meet the speaker

Kavit ShahSpecialist In Prosthodontics and Clinical Director

Kavit Shah graduated from Guys’ Kings and St Thomas’ School of Dentistry in London. He completed a four-year Masters and Specialist Training Programme in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics at The Eastman Dental Institute, graduated with a distinction, and he is now a recognised specialist in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics.

The majority of his time is spent in private practice, as a Partner and Clinical Director at The London Centre for Prosthodontics. He is passionate about education and lectures both nationally and internationally on implant and restorative dentistry. He is also involved in the delivery of clinically focused, structured postgraduate education in Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry through ART Dental Academy which he established.
