Dinner menu

Starters

  • Spiced red lentil soup VE, Coconut cream

  • Smoked salmon, Crème fraîche, pickled shallots, grapefruit, croutons, chives and capers

  • Mushrooms, four ways VE, Flat mushroom, king oyster mushroom, wild mushroom arancini, mushroom ketchup and green pesto

Mains

  • Shin of beef (Halal), Potato fondant, broccoli, baby carrot, parsnip purée and truffle jus (can be halal)

  • Chicken wrapped in Parma ham, hâteau potato, broccoli, heritage carrot, courgette and chicken jus

  • Hasselback butternut squash VE, Carrot purée, roasted new potatoes, feta roasted vegetables and pumpkin seeds

Dessert

  • Seasonal fresh fruit platter

  • Oreo iced parfait, Chocolate topping, Chantilly cream and Oreo crumb

  • Strawberry and rose mousse cake, Berry compote, Chantilly cream and rose petals
