Anyone working in dentistry can book online. All you need to do is register for an online account here: Register

If you get an error message it may be because you already have an account set up. In most cases the account is linked to the email address you receive BDA correspondence to, so please use this and request a password reset here

Booking more than one place?

Please note you can currently only book for yourself online. For group bookings, please download the booking form (download as pdf or download as word document) and email it to [email protected]. Alternatively, call the Events team on 020 7563 4590 (Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:00).

How to get there

From Cardiff Airport

By bus:
Buses from the airport to the hotel take about 50 minutes. You'll be dropped off within a few hundred meters of the hotel.
By car:
The hotel is only 24.7 km from the airport by car. Driving via A4232 is typically the fastest route.

From Cardiff Queen Street train station
The hotel is only a 650-meter walk from the Cardiff Queen Street train station.

From Cardiff Central train station
The hotel is a short 350-meter walk from Cardiff Central via Custom House Street.

Parking

At Radisson Blu Hotel Cardiff, our car parking facilities are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make advance reservations for parking.

For all hotel guests, there is a parking fee of £25 for a 24-hour period and £10 up to an 8-hour period.  It's essential for all guests staying at the hotel to register their vehicle registration details at the reception upon arrival.

Please be aware that parking without authorisation, failing to register your vehicle, or not paying for parking will result in non-reversible consequences.

Public car parking is available as follows:

*St David’s 2 shopping centre -located on Mary Ann St, opposite the hotel

* Adam Street car park - located 3-minute walk from the hotel.

*Pellet Street car park - located 3-minute walk from the hotel.
