Meet the speaker

Kamlesh Rajput Founder and CEO of Sterling Finance (UK) Limited

Kamlesh is the Founder and CEO of Sterling Finance, an award-winning Chartered Certified Accountancy practice, and a Fellow of the ACCA with over 30 years of experience in finance, tax, and business advisory.

Throughout his career, he has helped hundreds of business owners move beyond just running a business to truly building one — improving profitability, reducing tax exposure, and creating long-term financial stability.

In fact, Kamlesh often describes himself in a very simple way — “I am a boxer… I fight with the taxman.”

And that perfectly reflects the way he supports his clients — protecting their interests, challenging inefficiencies, and helping them win financially.

His work is particularly valuable for professionals where clinical excellence is only one part of success — and understanding the business side is equally critical.

And outside of work, he is also a qualified ECB Cricket Umpire — so we can expect fair judgement.
