IN-PERSON EVENT, hosted by the Sutton Coldfield Section

What to expect

Join us for an insightful and practical session with Satyesh Parmar, Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. Designed to elevate your understanding of oral cancer and enhance your clinical decision‑making, this lecture takes you beyond the basics, exploring the key risk factors and epidemiology behind the disease while helping you confidently recognise the premalignant conditions that matter most in everyday practice.

You’ll gain clear guidance on modern diagnostic methods and essential investigations, along with the red‑flag symptoms that require urgent referral to ensure patients receive timely, potentially life‑saving care. The session also provides an accessible overview of current treatment options, giving you a complete picture of the patient journey from suspicion to management.

Perfect for clinicians who want to sharpen their awareness, improve early detection, and deliver better outcomes, this lecture offers practical knowledge you can apply immediately in your practice.
