What to expect

This session will help you better understand the powerful connection between sleep, mental resilience, and long-term wellbeing, while giving you realistic strategies you can start using straight away.

You will delve into the science of sleep and its impact on focus, resilience, and overall health, gaining insight into six key pillars of sleep optimisation, including bio-hacking approaches designed to enhance performance. Through an interactive Sleep Scorecard assessment, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your current habits and identify areas for improvement, alongside experiencing a guided breathing exercise to support recovery and relaxation.

Designed with dental professionals in mind, this session aims to strengthen your ability to manage stress, maintain cognitive performance, and support your wellbeing in demanding environments. By the end of the session, you will feel more equipped to assess your own sleep and resilience, apply practical strategies to improve both, and integrate healthier habits that support peak mental and physical performance.
