What to expect

Join us at the vibrant Wallacespace King’s Cross for an evening of practical clinical education and professional networking, featuring Consultant and Specialist Oral Surgeon, Dipesh Patel. In this session, Dipesh will explore the prevention and management of common oral surgery complications, sharing practical tips designed to provide GDPs with valuable knowledge about oral surgery complications.

As part of the launch of the BDA London Clinical Evening Programme, attendees will be welcomed with a drinks reception, including alcoholic and soft drinks, followed by opportunities to network with colleagues from across the capital.

Whether you are a GDP, foundation dentist, practice owner, specialist dentist, dental student or dental care professional, this promises to be an informative and engaging evening in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Meet the speaker

Dipesh PatelConsultant and Specialist Oral Surgeon

Dipesh qualified from King’s College London Dental School and has undertaken extensive oral surgery training at Guy’s Hospital London and across Buckinghamshire, following which he was awarded Membership in Oral Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons.

Dipesh works as a consultant oral surgeon at East Surrey Hospital and provides specialist oral surgery services across London and the home counties.

Dipesh has published his work in several peer reviewed journals and has been invited internationally and nationally to present his research within oral surgery. He is also involved in teaching postgraduate dental trainees in oral surgery and sits on the Specialist Advisory Committee for oral surgery.
