From November 2026, through to Spring 2027, the capital city's dental community will come together for a new series of talks from leading clinical speakers.

Each evening covers topics that matter in everyday practice. And because we're all in the same room, there's time to meet peers, share experiences and build connections that last beyond the evening.

Oral surgery complications: What every GDP should know

The line-up of events will kick-off with Dipesh Patel, Consultant and Specialist Oral Surgeon, who will explore the prevention and management of common oral surgery complications. Packed with practical tips and expert insights, this session is designed to give GDPs greater confidence in recognising, preventing and managing oral surgery complications in everyday practice.

BDA London: Oral surgery complications

Join us on Thursday 19 November at Wallacespace King’s Cross for the launch of the BDA London Clinical Evening Programme, featuring Dipesh Patel, Consultant and Specialist Oral Surgeon, sharing practical insights on preventing and managing common oral surgery complications. Enjoy a complimentary drinks reception, connect with dental professionals from across London, and gain valuable clinical insights in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

BDA London: Bioceramics in everyday endodontics

Join colleagues at Wallacespace King’s Cross for an insightful evening with Endodontist Mitul Patel on Thursday 28 January, exploring the practical application of bioceramics in everyday endodontics, alongside excellent networking opportunities with colleagues from across London. Enjoy a buffet meal and refreshments, and take the opportunity to meet Eddie Crouch, Chair of the BDA Board, to discuss the future of dentistry and the issues that matter most to the profession.

BDA London: Smile design and aesthetic treatment planning

Taking place on Thursday 25 February at Wallacespace King’s Cross, this clinical evening features Manrina Rhode, who will share a practical, structured approach to smile design and aesthetic treatment planning through real clinical cases. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet the President of the BDA, Callum Youngson, while networking with colleagues from across London and gaining practical techniques for delivering predictable, patient-centred aesthetic outcomes.

BDA London: Periodontics and systemic health connections

On Thursday 18 March, Crystal Marruganti, Dentist with a Special Interest in Periodontics will lecture on Periodontics systemic connections as well as lifestyles modifications in the dental practice. You will also have the opportunity to meet with Len D'Cruz, Head of Indemnity at the BDA and network with colleagues based in London. Enjoy a buffet meal and refreshments at this event at Wallacespace King's Cross.

BDA London: Clinical decision-making in the management of structurally compromised teeth

On Thursday 22 April, hear from Kavit Shah, Specialist Prosthodontist, as he shares practical approaches to assessing, restoring and maintaining structurally compromised teeth. Gain valuable insights into treatment planning, restorative material selection, and decision-making around tooth extraction and replacement to help deliver predictable, patient-focused outcomes.

More about the London network

The dental community across central and Greater London, from Brentford in the west to Barking, Woolwich and Thamesmead in the east, is welcome to join us for learning and community.

We host regular educational and social events, and everyone's welcome: members and non-members, overseas-qualified dentists, FDs, DCPs and students, wherever you're based.
